Return Policy

If you are unhappy with an item, please contact via e-mail for return authorization first and then simply return it with the packing slip, unused and in original condition, stating the reason for the return within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a gift card (excluding the shipping charges) or an exchange if you so choose. We do not offer refunds at this time. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us via e-mail WITHIN 24 hours of receiving the item and an exchange will be sent to you as soon as we receive your defective item.

Shipping Policy

Although most items are processed within 3 business days, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped via UPS ground.
